Charging Indicator / Screen Guide (Neo P40000)
Neo P40000 uses bar indicators for both battery and e-liquid. Each one has a maximum of 5 bars.

Battery (0–5 bars)
- Charging: the small lightning icon animates (moves/bounces), and the battery bars should gradually increase.
- Fully charged: the battery reaches 5 bars. (On many units, the lightning animation may stop or stay steady—follow what your screen shows.)
E-liquid Level (left side, 0–5 bars)
- The left-side bars indicate e-liquid level.
- Full e-liquid = 5 bars.
- Important: a full battery does not mean full e-liquid (and vice versa).
Use the indicator to diagnose “Airis Neo not charging.”

No lightning animation + battery bars don’t change
Most commonly, a cable/power source/port contact issue.
Do this first:
- Try a different USB-C cable.
- Try a different power source (another USB port or a standard 5V adapter).
- Check the charging port for lint/debris and clean gently.
Lightning icon animates, but the battery bars don’t increase (even after ~30 minutes)
Often caused by unstable contact, a charger mismatch, or protection mode.
Do this:
- Swap cable + power source again (many “dead” units are just bad cables).
- Plug in firmly and place the device on a stable surface.
- Charge for 10–15 minutes before rechecking.
- Try again at room temperature (avoid very cold/hot environments).
Lightning animation + unusual heat / burning smell / repeated on-off behavior
Stop charging immediately.
This is not a normal charging state—move directly to warranty/after-sales support.
