1. Limited Warranty Period
AIRIS devices are covered by a limited warranty for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Under proper storage conditions and normal usage, AIRIS guarantees the basic functional performance of its products.
The following are not covered under warranty:
- Flavor degradation occurring more than 6 months after the manufacturing date
- Minor condensation or slight internal leakage that does not affect product appearance
- Natural battery capacity reduction over time
- Puff count variations caused by user habits, puff frequency, or environmental temperature
- Natural e-liquid consumption
2. 7-Day Replacement Policy
If a product experiences manufacturing defects or functional failures under normal use within 7 days of purchase, customers may apply for a replacement.
This includes:
- Device not working
- Unable to charge
- Auto-firing
- Severe leakage
- Non-human-caused functional abnormalities
To process a replacement request, customers must provide proof of purchase, packaging, authentication code (if applicable), and photos or videos showing the issue. Replacements will be arranged after review and approval.

Consumers may contact the original place of purchase or the AIRIS official support team (return shipping supported) to submit a claim. Customers are required to provide proof of purchase, product photos or videos, packaging, or authentication information.
Responses are generally provided within 1 business day. AIRIS will prioritize assisting customers in contacting the original retailer. If the original seller cannot directly process the replacement, AIRIS will arrange shipment within 2 business days after receiving the shipping address. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on logistics and inventory availability.
